The brief

Show USC students how Box-N-Go storage actually works, the whole process from packing to pickup, the way it happens on their own campus. Then, in 2022, get the move-out special into students' hands at USC and the Claremont Colleges.

What our students did

Our USC ambassadors filmed immersive, step-by-step TikToks and Instagram Stories of the full storage process, representing both USC and Box-N-Go. For the 2022 move-out season a street team flyered and posted across both campuses.

• 50% hand-to-hand in common areas, 40% in buildings, 10% at strategic hot spots
• Dorm doors, billboards, windshields, libraries and dining halls
• USC: Leavey Library, EVK dining hall, Taper Hall, Trousdale Parkway, The Village and more
• Claremont: Scripps, Harvey Mudd, Claremont McKenna, Pomona

What happened

Engagement on the TikToks and Stories was strong across USC. Feed posts reached 1,815 accounts with 2,173 impressions, and 18% of that reach came from people who didn't follow the ambassadors. Top city reached: Los Angeles.
